Dopest provides full-stack growth services, including organic growth, paid marketing, GTM engineering, analytics, design, development, AI-assisted workflows, and related services. Dopest also operates the Dopest Directory, a curated directory of AI companies.

1. Data controller

Dopest Digital is the data controller for the personal data we process for our own purposes, including personal data collected through our website, contact forms, newsletter, Launchpad applications, business enquiries, marketing activities, client administration, supplier administration and the Dopest Directory.

In some client projects, Dopest may process personal data on behalf of a client and only according to that client’s instructions. If you submit a company to the Dopest Directory, we may process information such as:

  • any other information included in the submission

2.6 Dopest Directory profile claims and update requests

If you submit a profile claim or request updates to a company profile, we may process:

  • information used to verify whether you are authorised to act on behalf of the company

We use this information to review ownership claims, verify authorisation, prevent unauthorised profile changes, and keep directory information accurate.

The Dopest Directory includes information about AI companies. We may collect, review, categorise and enrich company information from public sources, including:

We process directory submissions, profile claims, update requests and public company information to build, maintain, verify and improve the Dopest Directory.

Legal basis: legitimate interests in operating a curated directory of AI companies, keeping profiles accurate, reviewing submissions, verifying ownership claims and helping founders, operators, investors and buyers discover relevant companies.

3.7 To run analytics and improve marketing

Where you have consented, we may use analytics tools to understand website traffic, measure content performance, improve user experience, and assess the effectiveness of our website, campaigns and services.

  • client and project data is kept for the duration of the client relationship and for a reasonable  period thereafter
  • directory submission, claim and public company information may be kept for as long as the  company profile remains relevant to the Directory
  • supplier, contractor, invoice, tax and accounting data is kept for the period required under  applicable bookkeeping and tax rules
  • data relevant to disputes or legal claims may be kept for as long as necessary to establish,  exercise or defend legal claims

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.
